CHIMBORAZO2 days

Chimborazo: Touch the Closest Point to the Sun.

CHIMBORAZO

6,263 m / 20,548 ft – The Highest Mountain in Ecuador

Challenge yourself on one of the most iconic mountaineering objectives in South America. Chimborazo is not only Ecuador’s highest volcano, but also the closest point on Earth to the sun due to the planet’s equatorial bulge.

This 2-day expedition is designed for climbers seeking a true high-altitude experience combined with breathtaking landscapes, glacier travel, and a rewarding summit push. The route involves glacier travel, crampon techniques, and endurance at extreme altitude, making it an unforgettable adventure for experienced hikers and mountaineers.

Our programs are led by certified mountain guides with extensive experience in Ecuadorian and international mountains, prioritizing safety, acclimatization, and a personalized experience throughout the climb.
